Steering Lock Actuator/Module 4F0-905-852-B Repair Kit

This repair kit is designed to fix issues with the steering lock module 4F0-905-852-B, commonly found in the following vehicles:

Compatible Models:
Audi A6 (2004–2009)
Audi C6 (2004–2009)
Audi Q7 (2004–2009)
Note: The switch colour may vary (grey or black) depending on stock availability, but both versions are functionally identical.

1 x 10-Pin Relay
3 x Micro Switches
2 x Switch Levers / Spring Plates
Common Symptoms of a Faulty Micro Switch or Relay:
Multiple attempts required to start the vehicle
Steering lock fault code: 00288 (Steering Lock Actuator N360)
Orange or red steering wheel warning light
Clicking sound when inserting the key
The vehicle fails to start or becomes immobilised
Installation Note:
If your vehicle still starts (even after multiple attempts), no recoding or reprogramming is needed. Simply reinstall the module after replacement.
