Please note that if the item is unwanted or if you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or we have made an error in fulfilling your order, we will cover the cost of return.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for items that have been used, installed or damaged due to improper handling or installation.
