Description
Purpose:
The IWS-2820M crimping tool is designed for non-insulated, open barrel OEM-style terminals. It’s ideal for crimping servo lead connectors and various RC connector types.
Crimping Capacity:
Supports wire sizes from 0.08 to 0.5 mm² (AWG 28–20). Specially suited for miniature and micro terminals such as U-barrel or stamped styles. Compatible with pins like JST VH, XH, NH, Molex KK, Picoblade series, and similar types.
High Precision:
Features a double-hinge mechanism that keeps the jaws aligned and parallel during crimping, ensuring consistent, accurate, and high-quality crimps.
Ergonomic Design:
Constructed with black oxide-coated steel for corrosion resistance and durability. Lightweight with TPR+PP handles for a comfortable grip, reducing hand fatigue during use. Spring-loaded handles make operation and storage effortless.
