10-Piece 2-Ton Trolley Jack Pump Handle-to-Piston Link Clips (Claw Clamps)

Applications:
These robust spring steel clips are designed to link the pump handle mechanism to the hydraulic pump piston in various models of hydraulic trolley jacks and some bottle jacks.

Instructions:
Remove the cotter pin from the link retainer.
Take off the link retainer and remove the old, broken, or damaged clip (if it hasn’t already fallen out).
Insert the new link, ensuring the pin passes completely through it, then secure the pin.
Lubricate all moving components during the process for optimal performance.

Important Note:
If the hydraulic pump piston is stuck (common with prolonged disuse), do not use the clip to force it free, as this may damage the clip. Ensure the piston is released before installing the new clip.
